1. Data we collect

• Email address — to deliver your license key and provide support.
• License key — the key issued for your purchase.
• Machine identifier (HWID) — a hashed hardware fingerprint used only to bind your license to one machine and prevent unauthorized sharing.
• Activation logs — timestamps of activation/heartbeat for license validity and abuse prevention.

2. Payment data

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We do not receive or store your full card details. Paddle's handling of your payment data is governed by Paddle's own privacy policy.

3. How we use data

• To deliver and validate your license and the Software.
• To provide customer support and send service-related emails.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and license sharing.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the service: Paddle (payments/billing) and our email provider (key delivery). We do not sell your data.

5. Retention

We keep license and activation data while your license is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and abuse-prevention purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}. Note that deleting data tied to an active license may end that license.

7. Cookies

The website itself does not use tracking cookies. The Paddle checkout may set cookies necessary to process your payment.
