We want you to be satisfied with VideoConvert. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within {{REFUND_DAYS}} days of your purchase. We may decline refunds for clear abuse (for example, repeated buy-and-refund) or where required by law to do otherwise.
Email {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} with your order details (the email used at purchase). Because Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record, refunds are issued through Paddle; you may also raise a refund request directly with Paddle. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period unless covered by the refund window above.
When a refund is issued, the associated license is deactivated and can no longer be used.
